Influent Academy / Six-month digital marketing cohort / Bangladesh

Learn digital marketing by building work that matters.

A live, founder-led programme for ambitious young people in Bangladesh. You build practical digital marketing skills with AI in the workflow, complete five portfolio projects, and leave with the proof and professional readiness that remote international teams look for. Join through the tuition-free internship, or choose a one-time paid seat.

Why this exists

Taught by one practitioner, in public, with the trade-offs stated up front.

Bangladesh has no shortage of digital marketing courses. It has a shortage of honest ones. Too many promise income in weeks, hide the real time cost, and hand over a certificate that no employer recognises.

Influent Academy is built the opposite way. Every number on this site is a commitment: the weeks, the weekly hours, the internship cap, the pass mark. If something is not yet decided, it is marked as undecided rather than filled in with a comfortable guess.

Raisul, founder and teacher of Influent Academy

“I am not going to tell you this will change your life. I will tell you exactly what you will build, how many hours it takes, and what I expect from you in return.”

The problem

You were taught the theory. The market asks a different question.

Most training in this market ends with a certificate and a set of definitions. Then a hiring manager on a remote team asks something that no definition answers.

“Show me something you built.”

Not a course completion badge. A live page, a real audit, a campaign you structured and can defend line by line.

“How would you measure it?”

Most beginners can name GA4. Far fewer can set up a tag, verify the event fires and explain what the number actually means.

“What would you fix first?”

Judgement is the skill that gets hired. It comes from repeated feedback on real work, which is exactly what a recorded video cannot give you.

What you will be able to do

Specific capabilities, not abstract benefits.

By the end of 24 weeks you should be able to do each of these without supervision, and explain your reasoning to a marketing lead or a hiring manager who has to rely on it.

  • Build and publish a landing page in WordPress with Elementor, then measure it properly.
  • Set up GTM, GA4 and Search Console, and verify that the events you rely on actually fire.
  • Run keyword research, write a content brief and audit a site for technical SEO problems.
  • Structure a Google Ads account, write the ad copy and set conversion tracking that matches the objective.
  • Plan four weeks of organic social distribution and brief a paid social campaign.
  • Design a lifecycle email flow with segmentation, and explain why each message exists.
  • Build a Looker Studio dashboard that a decision-maker can read without you in the room.
  • Use AI tools with judgement: as a drafting and analysis aid, with human review and a privacy check.
How the six months work

Six phases, in the order the work actually depends on.

You need a working destination and a measurement plan before you send traffic to anything. That single dependency sets the order of the whole programme.

01–04WeeksMonth one

Digital Marketing, website and measurement foundations

The landscape and customer journey, audience research and positioning, a landing page built in WordPress and Elementor, then GTM, GA4, Search Console and UTMs.

Portfolio output Project 1: a measured campaign landing page.
05–08WeeksMonth two

Organic discovery

Search intent and keyword research, on-page SEO and content structure, then crawling, indexing, architecture, schema and Core Web Vitals.

Portfolio output Project 2: an SEO audit with a prioritised content plan.
09–12WeeksMonth three

Paid search

Google Ads strategy and account structure, keywords, ad copy, bids and budgets, landing page alignment, conversion tracking and reporting.

Portfolio output Project 3: a budgeted Google Ads campaign simulation. You are never asked to spend your own money on advertising.
13–16WeeksMonth four

Social media, organic and paid

Organic strategy for Facebook, LinkedIn and X, ethical participation on Reddit and Quora, Meta paid media as the main practical focus, and a channel-fit overview for the rest.

Portfolio output Project 4: a four-week content and distribution system with a paid social brief.
17–20WeeksMonth five

Email, analytics and reporting

Permission and list quality, email copy, segmentation and lifecycle automation, then GA4 analysis, the limits of attribution, experimentation and Looker Studio.

Portfolio output Project 5: a lifecycle email flow and a decision-ready performance dashboard.
21–24WeeksMonth six

AI systems and capstone

AI automation concepts, APIs and webhooks, workflow tools, QA, privacy and human review, then AI applied across research, content, SEO, ads and analysis.

Capstone An integrated growth plan, a measurement dashboard and one safe automation, presented at demo day.

AI is not saved for the last month. You use it critically inside every phase, with human review. Month six is where you build the systems, not where you meet the tools for the first time.

What you leave with

Five projects and one capstone you can show to anyone.

Each project is assessed against a published rubric, and you may revise and resubmit. They are designed to fit together, so the capstone is the sum of your own work rather than a separate assignment bolted on at the end. Together they are the evidence you send when a role asks what you have actually built.

Project 01

Measured campaign landing page

A live page you built, with a tracking plan behind it and a written explanation of what you would test next.

WordPressElementorGTM

Project 03

Google Ads campaign simulation

A fully structured account with budgets, ad copy and conversion tracking, built and defended without spending your own money.

Integrated growth plan

Everything above, connected into one plan with a measurement layer and one safe automation, presented live or as an accessible recording.

Demo day
The learning experience

Live teaching, guided labs and feedback you can act on.

Live sessions

Taught in real time on Saturdays and Sundays, so you can ask the question while it still matters. [Session times to be confirmed]

Guided labs

Working sessions where you build with the tools open, rather than watching someone else use them.

Feedback on your work

Every project is reviewed against a published rubric, with a route to revise and resubmit.

Peer accountability

A small cohort so people notice when you go quiet. [Cohort size to be confirmed]

Session recordings

Recordings are available so a power cut or a shift at work does not end your programme. [Retention period to be confirmed]

Office hours

Time set aside for the questions that do not fit into a session. [Frequency to be confirmed]

Career labs

Portfolio presentation, remote applications, interview preparation, professional communication and business English, taught as supporting labs.

Published rubrics

You can read the marking standard before you submit, not after you are marked.

Two ways to join

One programme. Two ways to commit.

The teaching, the feedback, the assessments and the academic certificate are identical on both routes. The only difference is what you contribute in return.

Primary route

Tuition-free internship

৳0 tuition

You pay no tuition. Classes are at the weekend. After a three-week mutual-fit period, you contribute two hours a day from Monday to Friday, which is ten hours a week for twenty weeks, to approved Influent Academy, Raisul Builds or Influent.pro initiatives.

3weeksMutual-fit period
10hrs/wk2 hrs, Mon to Fri
200hrsHard maximum
  • Work is curriculum-aligned, supervised and matched to your ability.
  • Suitable work can go into your portfolio, redacted where needed.
  • No retrospective fee, no exit debt and no penalty if you withdraw.
  • Anything that becomes billable client delivery moves to a separate paid arrangement.
  • You can take a day off by telling us first. Three silent days ends a tuition-free place.
  • A 15 percent commission on any lead you bring in that becomes a paying Influent.pro client.

Paid seat

৳9,999 once

Prefer to focus only on the classes and portfolio projects? Choose a paid seat with no internship commitment.

  • The same teaching, curriculum and live sessions.
  • The same feedback, assessments and rubrics.
  • The same community access and academic completion certificate.
  • No internship and no work contribution of any kind.
Payment methods to be confirmed. We expect to accept bKash, Nagad and card payment through a local gateway. Nothing can be paid on this site yet.
Who teaches it

I built this because I had to learn it the slow way.

I am Raisul. I work as Product Manager, Growth and Analytics at MeasureMinds Group, a UK-based digital analytics agency. I joined as a Digital Marketing Executive and I have done all of it remotely from Bangladesh, with a team in another country and another time zone. Before that I studied electrical and electronic engineering at Rajshahi University, which is to say I did not arrive in this field by a straight line.

Most of what I know came from doing the work badly first, then having someone show me what a better version looked like. I kept sharpening that with specialist training in digital marketing, analytics, product and growth, including programmes from CXL, Reforge, Simplilearn and Analytics Mania. That combination of work, feedback and deliberate study is what was missing when I started, and it is what this programme is built around.

I also make Bengali-language content about remote careers and digital skills as Raisul Builds, which is where most people find this programme.

Where Influent.pro fits, stated plainly

Influent.pro is my service business for creators and personal brands. Graduates who do strong work may be considered for paid roles, freelance work or other paid opportunities there. Based on performance, between one and five people from each cohort are offered a role to continue working with us afterwards.

Completing this programme does not guarantee a job, a freelance contract, a role at Influent.pro or any level of income. Anyone who tells you a course can guarantee that is selling you something else.

Fit

This suits some people and genuinely does not suit others.

Applying when the second column describes you wastes your six months and someone else’s place.

Apply if

  • You can protect eight to ten hours a week for six months, honestly, with classes falling on Saturday and Sunday.
  • You want to build things and be told what is wrong with them.
  • You are comfortable reading and following technical instructions in English.
  • You are early in your career, studying, or self-taught and stuck.
  • You would rather have five real projects than five certificates.

Do not apply if

  • You want income within weeks. That is not what this is.
  • You want to watch recordings passively and collect a certificate.
  • You cannot commit the weekly hours right now. Apply to a later cohort instead.
  • You are looking for a guaranteed job at the end.
  • You want someone to do the work for you and hand back a portfolio.
Before you apply

What you need to take part.

Device
A laptop or desktop computer. Several tools in this programme, including GTM, Google Ads and Looker Studio, are not usable on a phone alone. [Minimum specification to be confirmed]
Internet
A connection stable enough for live video sessions. Recordings exist for the days when it is not.
Time
Eight to ten academic hours a week for 24 weeks, with live classes on Saturday and Sunday. On the internship route, add two hours a day from Monday to Friday, ten hours a week, for twenty weeks.
Language
Sessions are taught in Bangla and English mixed naturally. Tools, documentation and written work are in English.
Attendance
At least 80% live attendance, with a recorded make-up route and a short written reflection when you miss a session.
Eligibility
[Age and eligibility rules to be confirmed before applications open]
Previous experience
None required. Curiosity and follow-through matter more than a background in marketing.
How to apply

Four steps, and a real answer either way.

The application is deliberately more than a name and an email. A six-month commitment deserves a few minutes of thought from both of us.

  1. Apply online

About ten minutes. You tell us your situation, your weekly availability and which route you prefer.

  2. We read it properly

Every application gets a reply, including the unsuccessful ones. [Response time to be confirmed]

  3. A short conversation

A brief call to check that the commitment is realistic for your situation. [Interview format to be confirmed]

  4. Offer and agreement

You receive the written agreement for your route with time to read it before you commit. [Review period to be confirmed]

Common questions

The five people ask first.

The internship route is free of tuition, not free of commitment. You pay no money. You contribute two hours a day from Monday to Friday for twenty weeks, which is ten hours a week and 200 hours in total. We say tuition-free rather than free because the second part is real and you deserve to see it before you apply.

No. It is a supervised learning commitment with a fixed hour cap, and it is not employment. There is no salary and no employment relationship. If work you do becomes commercially billable client delivery, it moves out of the internship and into a separate paid arrangement.

Not as unpaid internship work. Internship tasks are approved portfolio, practice, internal or community-building initiatives. If something you produce is going to be billed to a client, you are paid for it under a separate agreement.

Yes. Identical sessions, identical feedback, identical assessments and the same academic completion certificate. Your route is a commitment choice, not a quality tier.

You can withdraw from the internship route without any retrospective fee or exit debt. [Full withdrawal and refund policy to be confirmed before applications open]
